San Leon Fire was dispatched to a fire in the 2400 block of Avenue A. Upon the arrival of San Leon Fire Unit, a small fire involving grass and debris was discovered adjacent to the bulkhead. Engine 1 was directed upon their arrival to stretch an attack line and extinguish the fire. The fire was extinguished and overhauled quickly; all units were returned to service.
